Electrical utilities are provided to the entire complex by Golden Valley Electric through our underground power lines. Propane is delivered by Amerigas on a schedule basis. Garbage disposal service is available on a schedule basis as well.



Support equipment that would be available with sale consists of a John Deere 350 tractor/dozer, and a Chevrolet 3/4 ton diesel truck with a front mounted Hanson snow blower.



Telephone and DSL internet is available through Matanuska Telephone. Cable and the mounting post for Dish Network television is in place and needs only a dish and receiver.



A very important benefit and a big plus to consider is that the Denali Borough, in which the property is situated, has no property taxes or sales taxes. Nor is there a State sales tax or Alaska State income tax.



The 15 acres are sub-dividable, with a minimum of 40,000 sq ft. per lot Borough land platting ordinance requirement. There are no building permits required and the land is presently zoned unrestricted.



There is access to a 2100 foot gravel airstrip right off the west end of the lake. We hold a joint lifetime estate for use and control of this runway.
