A very important benefit and a big plus to consider is that the Denali Borough, in which the property is situated, has no property taxes or sales taxes. Nor is there a State sales tax or Alaska State income tax.
The 15 acres are sub-dividable, with a minimum of 40,000 sq ft. per lot Borough land platting ordinance requirement. There are no building permits required and the land is presently zoned unrestricted.
