Money back guarantee refund policy:

We're so confident you'll find a buyer through FSBOAlaska.com that if you don't, we'll give you an opportunity of getting a full refund of the money you spent with FSBOAlaska.com after a successful sale of your property through our partner real estate brokerage. This is normally considered "full representation" which is a 6% commission rate. This real estate licensee money back refund program is for people who may have been unsuccessful in selling their property due to many reasons and would like to have an opportunity of getting a full refund of the money spent with FSBOAlaska.com. The refund of your money spent on FSBOAlaska.com services shall be written up in the final contract by the licensed real estate agent that we have referred to you and will be refunded to the property owner after the successful sale of the property. The real estate licensee or broker is solely responsible for refunding the money only after the successful sale of the property has been processed.

Alaska MLS Flat Fee Program and Contract Write-Up Service refund details:

If for some reason any of these these services do not work for you and you decide to list with a full service brokerage, our partner real estate brokerage will credit the Alaska MLS Flat fee Program fee of $299.00 at the time of a successful closing of your property. A refund of the Contract Write-Up Service is not available. Please consult the terms of use for more details regarding any of these services.
