policy:
We're so confident you'll find a buyer through FsboAlaska.com
that if you don't, we'll match you with a discount prescreened discount
licensed real estate broker and give you an opportunity of getting a full
refund of the money you spent with FsboAlaska.com after a successful sale
of your property through our partner licensed real estate brokers with
full representation which is normally at a 4.5% commission instead
of 6% (rate can vary outside of Anchorage). This real estate licensee
money back refund program is for people who may have been unsuccessful
in selling their property due to many reasons and would like to have an
opportunity of getting a full refund of the money spent with FsboAlaska.com.
*Excludes subcontractor and other services advertised: paperwork assistance
program (not affiliated with FsboAlaska.com), photography services, flat
fee MLS program, etc...
The refund of your money spent on FsboAlaska.com services
shall be written up in the final contract by the licensed real estate
licensee that we have referred to you and will be refunded to the property
owner after the successful sale of the property (excludes Alaska MLS flat
fee program). The real estate licensee or broker is solely responsible
for refunding the money only after the successful sale of the property
has been processed.
If the real estate licensee or broker partner of FsboAlaska.com
that we refer to you is not successful in the selling of the property
after a six month period, please send us a valid copy of the expired sales
contract that was unsuccessful along with a copy of the HUD statement

If for some reason this program does not work for you, and
you decide to list with full service marketing in the MLS, the broker
will credit the fee of $399.00 towards representing you for a flat negotiable
fee (usually 4.5% compared to the standard 6%). Please note that the $99
