How do I search for a property on FsboAlaska.com?

There are 3 options for searching for properties.
1. Click on "Buy a Home" towards the top of the homepage and use our advanced search options.
2. Use our "Quick Search" box on the right hand side of our web pages to search for properties.
3. Click on our "Featured Properties".

How do I edit or modify my property?

To make changes, you must first log in with your email and password under "Modify Property" or "My Account". Please remember that all login information is case sensitive. Once logged in, you can edit or add: property information, photos, and web links, etc...

What if I forget my username or password?

Click on the "Modify Property" or "My Account". Click on "Forgotten Password?" You will be asked for the email address that was originally entered to become a member. This email address is case sensitive. Your log in information (username and password) will be sent via email to the address provided.

How do I add photos to my property?

There are 2 ways to add photos to your property.
1. Adding your photos manually: Click on "Modify Property" or "My Account" and sign in with your username/password and add them.
2. Email your photos: You may email your photos to us at support@fsboalaska.com

How do I remove my property once it has been sold?

There are two ways to remove your listing once sold. First you can login under "Modify Property" or "My Account" with your username and password. Choose to "edit" your ad. You will then be able to "delete" your ad. You may also email FsboAlaska.com to request that your property be removed. We suggest that you leave your property listed until it has been sold even if you have a sale pending, because if the deal "falls through" for some reason you may have missed other home buyers interested in your property.

How do I advertise my FsboAlaska.com property in the newspaper?

You will need to provide the newspaper with a link to your FsboAlaska.com AD along with your property listing ID# (example below):

How do I add a company to the services directory?

Click on "Add Company" under the "Service Directory" section on the left hand side. Begin filling out the company information. ($199.00/Year) for your company service directory listing. We have two payment options to choose from: credit card or check. If paying by credit card or debit card your service (company) will be added instantly. If paying by company check your company will be added as soon as payment is received.

What should I do about untrustworthy or scam emails?

Most of the time these suspicious emails are from outside of the United States and should be immediately deleted. Some recent emails that were reported are from: Mr. Green requesting that you send him a check for money and he will refund the difference... You may want to report these fraudulent emails to the authorities.

How do I renew my property?

You can renew your property listing by signing in to your account with your email and password, select "Renew Your Property" towards the lower left hand side of the site under "User Tools".

What is the Alaska MLS Flat Fee Program?


Your home will be listed on the Alaska Multiple Listing Service (AlaskaRealEstate.com), Realtor (Realtor.com), and many other subsequent websites. For a flat fee of $299 payable to FsboAlaska.com and agreeing to pay the usual selling commission of 2-3% (residential only), your home will be listed for 6 full months on the Alaska MLS. ***If you find a buyer on your own without the use of a selling licensee you will not be obligated to pay the commission***


How do I sign up for the Alaska MLS Flat Fee Program?


Read the Alaska MLS Flat Fee Program details and complete the four easy steps: 1) Create an account online by clicking on "my account" at the very top of the home page. 2) Select "Click here to add a new home listing". 3) Select the Flat Fee MLS Listing Plan and complete the payment process. 4) Receive your confirmation email after payment and follow the instructions to complete the paperwork. It's that simple!



Once we've been notified of your payment we will assign a licensed professional to contact you for an in home apointment.


Where do I get real estate forms to sell my property?


We recommend using one of the Contract Write Up programs under "Real Estate Services".


How and when do I receive my yard signs or supplies?


You may only receive the optional FSBO Yard and Directional Sign if you've signed up for the Flat Fee MLS program. We do not sell or distribute generic yard signs or supplies.


What is the Contract Write Up program?

Click on "Sell a Home" or "Add Your Property" to begin entering your new user registration information. Once you register, you will be able to add your property information and preview your listing to make changes prior to submitting your payment.
