| Lance Bodeen moved to Alaska in 2000. He joined Rulien + Associates, LLC in 2002, and became an Owner in the firm in January 2010. Lance believes that the cornerstone to success is to always put the client first. He values professionalism, integrity, and ethics in his practice. He strives to provide exceptional client service and communication by keeping his clients informed and ensuring their tax and accounting needs are met.
Lance works extensively in the area of professional services, including medical practices, attorneys, engineers, real estate agents and others. He also specializes in tax and accounting services for construction contractors, non-profit organizations and many other small business entities.
Lance has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. John's University and holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) credentials. He is certified by the National Equipment & Business Builders Institute (NEBB) to provide valuation and appraisal for construction equipment, business equipment, and other personal property across the United States. Lance is a member of the Alaska Society of CPAs (ASCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs. He has served on the board for the ASCPA, as well as the boards for various other non-profit organizations. |
