| So what kind of system do we use? This is one of the most common questions. We start first by vacuuming all of the loose soil from the middle as well as the edges of your carpet. Next apply a water based cleaner to the carpet fibers. This cleaner is about 90% water 10% trade secret. IT DOES NOT SOAK DOWN INTO THE BACKING AND THE PAD of your carpet. It has a citrus smell and is safe for little children and pets. We then use a floor machine with specially designed pads to remove the dirt and stains that are trapped deep in the carpet fibers. Since we do not soak the carpet, there is no need to try to extract all the water out. Finally we groom the carpet fibers with a rake to make them stand up helping it look nice and dry quicker.
